• You will not use our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, pornography, hateful speech, or violating intellectual property rights.

3. Payment

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• You agree to pay all fees as outlined on our website at the time of purchase.
• We are not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or charges imposed by your payment provider.

4. No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to the number, quality, or permanence of Engagement.
• Engagement may be removed or reversed by Twitter (X) or third parties, and we are not liable for such actions.
• We are not responsible for any suspension, termination, or other actions taken by Twitter (X) against your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content. By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Services.
• Our website, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
